Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this new hotel in the Granada area of Cali, and I found the contemporary rooms to be quite nice, even though they were on the smaller side. The rooftop breakfast area offered amazing views, but I did face some issues with the Wi-Fi and television during my visit. The hotel has a great location, just a block away from shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area.
I had high hopes for my stay, but it fell short in several areas. The hotel is fairly new and offers a contemporary vibe, but the room I was given was small, and the amenities didn’t work as expected. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast had great views from the rooftop, but frequent issues with Wi-Fi and other facilities dampened the experience. Overall, while the location is fantastic with lots of dining options nearby, the value for the price paid just didn’t meet my expectations.
I had high hopes for this hotel due to its nice appearance and great breakfast, but my experience was marred by several issues. The room lacked natural light and had connectivity problems with the Wi-Fi, and we faced hot water shortages. While the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, the lack of transparency regarding pricing and the trouble with amenities left me feeling disappointed overall.
I really wanted to enjoy my stay at this hotel, especially given its great location in Cali's Granada area and contemporary décor. However, I was disappointed by the small and dark rooms, along with several issues like broken furniture and a noisy environment. The staff were friendly, and the rooftop dining had lovely views, but nothing can quite make up for the lack of quality in the room and service. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it needs to address these shortcomings to provide a better experience for guests.
My experience at this hotel was a bit of a rollercoaster. The location in Granada is fantastic and the views from the rooftop restaurant are impressive. However, the issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, hot water, and an unresponsive staff left me frustrated. I really wanted to love this place, but the lack of facilities and the cost made it hard to recommend.
